2018

Welcome to the Jonathan Wildes Memorial Tournament – The Jonny. 

When Jon’s life was cut short at the age of 21, he was hoping to combine his love of golf and working with kids. We have been working with The First Tee of Greater Washington, DC, ever since in order to fund their programs throughout Fairfax County in Jonathan’s memory. Their programs beautifully combine the teaching of life skills with the basics of golf to kids.

The success of The Jonny is a testament to the profound impact Jon had on so many friends, acquaintances, schoolmates, coworkers, and teammates.  Because of the continued love, support, donations, and hard work of each of you, we have been able to raise more than $60,000 to fund The First Tee programs in Fairfax County Public Schools and communities. 

We hope you will join us at The Jonny in 2019. Your support will make a difference in the lives of children and continue Jon’s legacy for many years to come.
